RESILIENCE | JOY | STRENGTH

We start life ready, open, eager to experience all that’s on offer. As we journey forward there is much to learn and we absorb everything around us, often subconsciously, believing what we are told is *the* way to live, to think, to be.  Those around us know all this from their own experience – or possibly from what their parents or grandparents taught them. So if it has always been that way, it must be the right way…. Right?

One of the biggest human ‘drives’ is to be liked, approved of, accepted and loved. So if we do what we were taught, stay within the lines, follow the rules and don’t ask too many questions we’ll have a great chance of blending right on in. Won’t we? Well that may work for a while - ultimately though – how does that make you feel?  Confidently in charge of your own life?  

These doubts and niggling thoughts, left unexplored, will eventually negatively impact your life. You may begin experiencing increasing emotions of fear, despair, stress, frustration, anger, impatience and distress which in turn create conditions of apathy, depression and anxiety. Physical discomfort manifests from these conditions creating suffering and pain ranging anywhere from headaches to joint pain to disease. The longer you leave it, the bigger the impact these symptoms have on your overall well-being.

Ultimately aligning mind, body and the ability to be present to the moment you are living.
